Nature of services
Services are provided for spiritual support, prayer, traditional guidance, personal reflection, and entertainment where applicable. They do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
No guaranteed outcomes
Spiritual services are interpretive and personal. Psychic Sultan does not guarantee reconciliation, marriage, wealth, employment, healing, protection from harm, removal of misfortune, or any other specific outcome.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old to book independently. A minor may only participate with a parent or legal guardian.
Booking and fees
The service, consultation format, duration, fee, currency, payment method, and cancellation conditions should be confirmed before payment. Keep a copy of the written arrangement and payment receipt.
Client responsibility
You remain responsible for your choices and actions. Do not delay professional treatment, emergency assistance, legal advice, or financial advice because of a spiritual consultation.
Respectful conduct
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior may result in refusal or termination of service.
Privacy and testimonials
Consultation information should be handled according to the privacy policy. A testimonial, image, audio recording, or review should not be published without clear client permission.

Limitation
